Because teams members look for sustenance, safety, security, belonging, recognition, and a sense of growth and achievement, so managers may look for different avenues to satisfy the above needs.

Management may re-visit the team's purpose or mission to make sure that team's purpose or mission is aligned with personal wants and needs of the team members.

Management should periodically stimulation some achievable challenges for team members.
