I will give following three suggestions to managers that might assist satisfying the needs and wants of team members:
Because teams members look for sustenance, safety, security, belonging, recognition, and a sense of growth and achievement, so managers may look for different avenues to satisfy the above needs.
Management may re-visit the team's purpose or mission to make sure that team's purpose or mission is aligned with personal wants and needs of the team members.
Management should periodically stimulation some achievable challenges for team members.
Management should be willing to provide training to the team members for learning new concepts,...

I would also allow team members to take on leadership roles at appropriate times. For example, if a certain task of the team is linked to a team member's primary skill, I would allow them to lead the team during that task. This will help build team chemistry by allowing all members to see the value of the other members. It will also help build leadership within the team
