Matthew

Good post, Matthew. I understand that leadership is more than just management. It involves leading by example, and being a transformational leader who inspires change and innovation. It requires good people skills and the ability to develop human relationships. As a leader, I aim to be ethical and moral, and to understand how psychological dynamics of group behavior play a role in subordinates choosing to follow my leadership.

The difference between management and leadership is crucial in the public sector, as leaders who lead by example and set good moral and ethical standards will find it easier to implement new policies and bring about positive change. This shows that when leaders act with righteousness and integrity, it leads to a positive impact on the people they lead. However, when leaders act in a wicked or unethical manner, it can cause suffering and harm to the people. Therefore, it is crucial that political executive leaders, as well as leaders in all areas of public service, act with integrity and lead in an ethical manner.

One possible point for debate could be the role of opinion leaders in society. While some may argue that opinion leaders provide valuable guidance and direction for society, others may argue that they can often manipulate and misinform the public with their own biases and…
