I was invited to assist in all aspects of Riyad Capital management as directed by the CEO, to advise and coordinate the development and implementation of special projects related to Riyad Capital's various businesses. I edited Arabic and English sell-side reports for our research department, wrote the 2011 objectives for 10 department heads who report directly to the CEO, and reviewed and corrected the company's HR manual. I submitted a peer comparison for our company to the Board of Directors and worked as acting head of the it department, to restructure the department and push two crucial projects through bottlenecks that had kept them pending for two years. My work during this period was deeply appreciated by the board members.
