The dissertation paper also focuses on examining how McDonald's company as a case study to embrace responsibility for their actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities on consumers' perception of the company, identifying if CSR has impact on consumers' buying behavior, finding some activities which are influential and analyze why it works and how it works and identifying if generations (young and old) have different buying behavior/ perceptions on McDonald's in reaction to social work.
