This is a three part paper on the use of statistical research tools and methods in criminology. The first part is how simple data can be collected, analyzed and interpreted. The second part dwells on how statistical tests can be used to make descriptions and inferences from data collected and the last part is a research proposal for a proposed study in the field of criminology.

This document analyzes the culture of display of the sculpture "the Hope Athena" which is on display at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) considering issues such as patronage, style and display. As reviewed from the sculptures physical appearance, the historic aspect of the Greek is clearly depicted amongst other issues that lead to the appraisal of other related gods and goddesses sculptures.

The international community is currently facing the most severe crisis since the Great Depression of 1929 – 1933. It started within the American real estate sector and soon expanded to the rest of the sectors, as well as to the rest of the global economies. This paper is on the theory of measurement in research design. It answers questions from chapter 13 and 14 of Zigmund's book, Business Research Methods. Chapter 13 is about measurement in research, scales used and their application while chapter 14 is on the measurement of attitude, attitude measurement scales and their application.

The two types of statistics are applied in researches in making judgments regarding social behaviors. Both of them help in finding out the meanings of social incidents in estimating the values of recreation activities and some materials. Descriptive statistics are tools used in describing the basic data while inferential statistics are extremely complicated. Descriptive statistics are mostly used in describing a sample group that is under study. Inferential statistics are useful in making estimates, generalizations, and predictions. Single-case and small-N research designs appropriate for conducting research in rare phenomenon. Various experimental designs exist and are important in any statistical analysis.

In order to be able to meet the goal of Indiana students reading proficiently by the end of 3rd grade for special ed students, we will have to strengthen the initial program in reading. Three research methods might be appropriate to the situation facing the company. The first research method is quantitative research. Quantitative research focuses on the principle of positivism in the process of determining the underlying issues in relation to the research question. I would recommend case study type of qualitative research method to reveal the reasons behind the research question. Recruitment screening involves effective and efficient selection of participants to facilitate the research process of the company. The investigative question that should guide Sara's observation should aim at answering the characteristics of the study or research question (What?). In order to address this research question, operationalization of the variables would occur in the form of case study.
