The world is confronting innumerable problems since the time humans have first walked on planet Earth; however, with the passage of time, these problems are intensifying and posing a horrendous threat to the subsistence and survival of human species. A fact that makes this concern more complex is that the problems are diverse in nature that is they belong to social, political as well as economic arenas. This means that grave attention and cooperation is required from world communities to address and mitigate them otherwise the consequences would surely be catastrophic (Austin 337-345).

This study analyzes the activities which I participated during my home based care program. It further state challenges which came by and how they were addressed. I also emphasize how various activities were sub divided among the team. The study also states the process through the team used to implement various activities according the schedule given the USAID. As in most of the nation, the obesity epidemic threatens public health in Los Angeles County. Obesity increased from 13.6% to 22.2% in adults between 1997 and 2007. Most of the research shows there are marked disparities in the county based on income, education, and lifestyle choices. There are, however, similar risk factors that everyone in the county shares. This is actually crucial to an overall analysis of county problems. In 2006, the cost of obesity just for LA County was over $6 billion in health care and loss of productivity.
