Abstract: This paper is about a disorder known as post traumatic stress disorder. The paper has explored the reasons why this disorder is more common veterans and what are the factors that can trigger its development among the veterans and worsen its symptoms. At the end, the role of the social worker to help the veterans cope with this disorder has also been discussed.

Between midnight and 2 am on the morning of All Saint's Day, 30 individual attacks were made by FLN militants against police and military targets around French Algeria. These attacks ultimately lead to the war against France in which Algeria won. This attack was particularly significant as it helps people clearly delineate what side of the conflict they were on. It also, gave the Algerian people a more patriotic sense of duty as it related to France. This is particular true as religion had a major impact on the start of the France-Algerian conflict. During the All Saints Day attack, seven people were killed. All except two were white French colonist. The political reaction notwithstanding, the Toussaint Rouge attacks did not receive much coverage in the French media.

This order reviews the Millennial generation and its involvement with volunteering and nonprofit organizations today. The paper first discusses the nature of the Millennial generation, as being young and highly educated. This can then be used by organizations in the nonprofit sector to strengthen the capabilities of organizations trying to give back to society.

This paper is about comparing tactical leadership and organizational leadership. First, the two are defined. Then the differences between them are outlined, as well as the similarities. Tactical leadership is about tactical, small scale and decentralized decision making while organizational leadership emphasizes large groups and the ability to manage massive resources.

Explain why you selected these courses and how they affected your personal or work life positively. Be specific. (the three CORE courses I chose are BSHS-391:Lifelong Learning and Professional Development, BSHS-421:Cultural Diversity and Special Populations, and BSHS-321:Communication Skills for the Human Service Professional. The one GENERAL course I chose are HCS-335:Health Care Ethics and Social Responsibility. PART 3 - ANALYZE: 1.Analyze the effect of completing the bachelor's program on your current and future professional goals. 2.Now that you have completed your program, how do you feel about the role of lifelong learning and its importance to your personal growth and development? 3.What are your personal, professional, and educational goals for the next 5 years? (I would like to work with the elderly). Below questions should focus on the elderly population: 4. What programs will you attend? 5. What skills or competencies will you develop? 6. What professional organizations have you joined or will you join? 7. What conferences or workshops will you attend? 8. What additional degrees might you pursue?

This is an eight page paper answering the question of whether there is a secret to social justice. Three sources are used to answer the question: Maya Angelou's "Graduation," Martin Luther King's "Letter from a Birmingham Jail," and Ursula LeGuin's "Where do you get your ideas from?" The conclusion is that there is no secret to justice except for passion, peace, love, and hard work, but that secrets confer great power.

The North Korean regime has survived for so long it baffles most experts who have been predicting its downfall. Now more than ever, the odious regime is ready to go down with its severe economic mismanagement and a largely shaky succession process. Because of its atrocious farm productivity processes resulting in country-wide famines which are also in part a result of the food aid embargo, the populace is struggling to survive on a daily basis. Generally, this is reason enough for masses to rebel and overthrow a regime as can be seen from historical examples as well as the recent Arab Spring but clearly North Korea is cut from a different cloth.
