The section that follows discusses job motivation and job satisfaction as elements of management. Besides, the relationship between these phenomena emerged here. This discussion additional explores the benefits of job satisfaction and job motivation among different stakeholders in the organizational setting with the subsequent chapters providing detailed explanation of various motivation and job satisfaction. The paper goes ahead to present the different aspect of subjectivity as regards job motivation and job satisfaction. In this section, the discussion delves on matters like cultural influences, individual circumstances and personal relationships affect job motivation and job satisfaction among individuals. A clear linkage between these influences and the different related theories emerge here and precedes a critique of the usefulness of the motivation and job satisfaction models. This work then, concludes with a summary of the entire discussion.
