United States is on the top of western countries experiencing crime activities. Though, till the past decade the rate of crimes has fallen down but still US has the highest rate. Whether they are adults or juveniles, the rate of committing crimes is quite higher in both groups. There are different reasons been explored, why US is facing the highest rate of crimes; however the exploration and discussion is still in progress among the scholars. The government reserves large amount of budget for the management of juvenile system and rehabilitation of criminals but still the rate of crimes has fallen down only a little. The juvenile crimes have become one of the serious issues in US which are not only spoiling the youth but also affecting other departments of growth as, if the youth of the nation is spoiled the future of the nation gets in to risk. Life is a simple four letter word, but it is not as simple as it sounds. Life is complex and to understand life as it is, it is important to understand how the human mind works. Life cannot be defined, it is not objective; it is rather subjective. It differs from person to person because human mind of every person works in a different way. The concept of hedonism define a certain part of life i.e. pleasure, happiness and joy. There are different types of hedonism which are applicable to different people according to their mind's acceptance.

The introduction of a carbon tax in Australia would have clear implications for economic and environmental sustainability. While in the long-term, the aim of such a tax seeks to promote environmental sustainability for Australia as a whole, in looking at the short-term, there appear clear implications for economic sustainability for a wide variety of businesses and households. One such area of business that seeks to be affected in both the short-term and the long-term in terms of the introduction of a carbon tax is the tourism and hospitality sector of the Australian economic market, which will likely take a major hit in terms of profitability and finance with the passing of the tax at hand.

Interest groups are clusters of people that come into existent to make stresses on government. The leading interest groups that are located in the United States are financial or occupational, but a range of other clusters--philosophical, public interest, foreign policy, government itself, and ethnic, religious, and cultural--have memberships that cut across the big economic groupings; thus, their influence is both reduced and stabilized. Actions of great amounts of individuals who are irritated with government strategies have continuously been with us in the United States.

In August 2010, a contract was drafted by the South Florida Water Management for 26,800 acres of United States Sugar Corporation lands in order to assist in rejuvenation of the Everglades Project. The project was controversial since it was widely suspected that political and monetary agendas were at stake. Nonetheless, the deal will send more clean water into eh Everglades and nearby ecosystem regions and for these reasons it has won some approval whilst incurring criticism. An additional benefit is that it will transplant a region of agricultural land that has become a major source of pollution and use it instead for increasing water treatment capacities in order to decrease phosphorus loads in waters from flowing into the Everglades. It is in this way that the project is regarded as beneficial for the state's Water Conservation Areas, Parks and Wildlife Management Areas, and for the Everglades National Park.
