this paper compares and contrasts the Retributivist Theory with the Utilitarian Theory in determining which better justifies criminal punishment. The retributivist theory punishes crime for its own sake and has no regard for other consequences. The utilitarian theory, on the other, justifies punishment only if it redounds to the greatest happiness of the greatest number. But there are other loopholes even in the second theory.

This paper aims to elucidate the various anxiety disorders present in today's society, as well as what treatments best help individuals who experience such disorders. Though it argues in favor of talk therapy, as well as presents ample evidence and descriptive analysis in favor of this facet, the paper is not able to prove conclusively that talk therapy is the only means through which to combat or alleviate the symptoms of the disorder, and instead focuses on a two-pronged approach involving both talk therapy and medicine.

This paper reviews the relevant literature to show that the decision should be made to abandon the existing city environs in favor of a more suitable location further inland at the earliest opportunity. A summary of the research and important findings in support of this thesis are presented in the conclusion.
