This protects everyone who is part of the organization to follow a proposed plan and make informed ethical decisions. However, many dilemmas are faced by nonprofit organizations on a whole. According to the research conducted by (Robinson & Yeh, 2007), these include mission compliance, human resource internal issues, accountability to fundraisers, donors and sponsors, and conflict in stakeholder requirements.
