On the other hand, there is the notion that criminals respond to incentives therefore research done at the county level reveals that the concealed weapons law encourages property crimes whereby the probability of the criminal coming in contact with the victim is minimized. Every individual would like to live in a safe neighborhood and since it is a human right to defend oneself from violent attack hence the need to respect the concealed weapon law.
