Management Global Logistics Management How Essay

Effective and efficient logistics management is a key to the success of business firms as well as to Just in time (Lai and Cheng, n.d.). Logistics management is so crucial for JIT because the entire premise is that a company orders just the product that it needs and it is supposed to arrive just as they need it. If the product does not arrive on time them the company has no product to sell and if they product arrives too early then they more than likely will have storage issues in regards to the product.
