Training and Development Improving security at Classy Convention Center (CCC)

Super Safe Security (SSS) has branded itself as a company that provides top-quality security at high-risk events. Unfortunately, several highly-publicized events at one of our best-known clients, Classy Convention Center (CCC), have garnered negative publicity for our organization. We promise security with less than a 0.1% error and unless we can deliver upon this promise we are likely to be overtaken by our lower-cost competitors.

Concerns have been raised that SSS employees do not have the skills necessary to monitor the metal detectors to optimalize attendee security. A high-quality, low-cost training program is ideal. But if this cannot be instituted, then a cost-benefit analysis suggests that paying the money for retraining could result in long-term savings.
SSS has marketed itself as a high-quality company, not the lowest-priced company on the market. If it shows substantial deficits in quality, penny pinching regarding employee training will not bolster the brand. Remember that the SSS mission is "to provide safety needs so that the customer doesn't have to worry."
