A nurse from its side can act as a role model by applying professional code of conduct regarding different aspects especially in terms of manners and discipline. It has to be very patient, never lose focus and always stay alert for any emergency.

Here, the healthcare firm can introduce a policy of "Leading by Example," or "Nurse of the Month" which illustrates the achievements of nurses throughout a period of time. It will motivate other students as well as nurses to do best on their behalf and earn more rewards and respect among the healthcare community.

Participation in internships not only help the student gain more experience from real life scenarios but it also makes them more familiarized with the professional environment and they learn how to handle situations even at the time of emergency. This method is widely acclaimed and applied across the developed and developing countries, it is also known to be very efficient in all sorts of professional development.

The students can earn monetary rewards at the same time during their internship and it is not necessary to follow a single instructor at the health institute, there are many different members of healthcare team that can help them. Also, by participating as teaching assistants in different education programs, the nurses give leverage to the real instructor, also they can share their knowledge with students regarding the program. Besides internships, other programs like seminars or workshops can be arranged which allows students from different parts of society and different healthcare institutes to interact and share their overall experience regarding healthcare.
