When such occasions arise, the person must make their choice based on the available options. Ethical theory is comprised of the various hypotheses by which people make so-called ethical decisions. What is right or wrong morally is dependent on the society that constructs those morals. This can make the issue of ethics in a moral quandary even more confusing.
