When such occasions arise, the person must make their choice based on the available options. Ethical theory is comprised of the various hypotheses by which people make so-called ethical decisions. What is right or wrong morally is dependent on the society that constructs those morals. This can make the issue of ethics in a moral quandary even more confusing. It can be difficult trying to make the right choice ethically. Among the moral dilemmas that can be found in the workplace are issues of separation and segregation based on gender, race, or any other separation factor which would judge anyone based on anything but merit.
