This paper will analyze some of the traits that could be associated with the ideal salesperson in this industry by reviewing the literature as well as conducting an interview with a marketing professional who is a representative of the Hilton Hotel organization. Personal Nursing Philosophy
Throughout the history of nursing, from its origins in the dressing of ancient battle wounds to the founding of contemporary nursing practices in the 19th century, nursing has always played a significant role in the lives of all people. The care provided by nurses is traditionally related to physical preservation and comfort, thus the nursing position has customarily been connected to humanistic healthcare that nurtures, supports and comforts patients. My personal philosophy of nursing is based on the belief that a human being's personal health and their physical environment are inherently linked, because a person is affected every day by environmental influences, including secondhand smoke, genetically modified food, and poorly made cosmetics. The health of every human being can be seriously affected, both directly and indirectly, by external factors in their own environment. Thus, the nursing care every patient receives should be adapted for that individual, because nursing….

Written Change Plan

Change goal: Become an assertive individual who can voice opinions and requests in a tactful manner that increases communications harmony.

Expected process for implementing the change: First, I will attend a weekend seminar on how to become a more assertive person. Then, I will purchase books and other helpful resources that will help retrain my thoughts and behaviors. Currently, I struggle asserting myself. Afraid to speak up, I sometimes hold in my true feelings until an outburst happens. The last phase in the change process is to put what I learn into practice. This means recognizing the small incidents in which I demonstrate the new behavioral change.

Progress eport

By attending the weekend seminar, I connected with others who also want to improve their communication style and ability to be assertive. These people became new colleagues who can support me as I implement the desired changes in my life. More….

Personal Leadership Plan

The environmental factors that influence individuals', companies', organizations' behavior require that people benefit from the influence of a strong leader. In an environment with different types of change levels, it is important that people feel the strength of a leader that is able to point them in the right direction, to allow them the resources they need, and to give them the constructive feedback they require in order to reach their objectives. Leaders must be able to adapt their leadership style in accordance with the requirements of each situation, and not be rigid in a certain leadership style.

In order to become successful leaders people must develop a plan. This is important because it helps them establish….

Personal Philosophy of Education
My Personal Philosophy of Education

My educational philosophy is dynamic. It has been evolving over time. In my opinion, the educational needs of learners keep changing in our ever-changing world. In that regard, a teacher's approach to education must not be rigid. My educational philosophy is largely centered on a number of issues. These include education and its key purpose, the role played by not only the teacher but also the students in education and lastly, the interrelationship between the teacher and the community.

Being one of the oldest professions in the history of mankind, the relevance of teaching as a profession cannot be overstated. Over time, the prosperity and growth of civilizations has largely been founded on knowledge passed on from one generation to the next. The technological advancements we marvel at today are a direct consequence of past knowledge that has been preserved, advanced and modified throughout….

Personal Statement
During my 4-year period as a college student, I studied Marketing and in my second year, I decided to discontinue the course in favor of Information Systems. The information industry is becoming more prominent in the running of most businesses and corporations and is becoming the source of solutions to most information management issues. In this regard, a personal computer is necessary for business as well as domestic usage and since computer technology affect most organizational activities. The demand for IT educated individuals has been on the rise.

The major reason behind choosing the course is due to the fact that I find it interesting and that I will gain more knowledge on several information platforms and services. My major is Human Resource and minor is Information System. I apply for Master Degree of Science in Information Systems since I believe only one major is not enough competitive advantage for….

Personal Responsibility
Being a student is very difficult in the best of times but even more so today with all the external pressures associated with education including economics and sociological pressures. There are stresses all around students in college, everywhere they look. Students feel pressure to do well, to learn the material, to impress the teacher, to please their parents, to take care of themselves financially and sociologically. For many students, college will be the first step into adulthood and the first time that they really have to take responsibility for their own lives. A person finally breaks free from their parents or guardians and has to do for themselves. Therefore it is important to accept this responsibility and also to be accountable for choices and the actions that are perpetrated by the individual. One of the ways that a person can take responsibility for themselves is to reduce the stress….

Personal Ethics Development
A personal ethics system is a category of philosophy that stands apart from other ethical systems such as business ethics, legal ethics, value ethics, or any of the other various ethical perspectives. The component that makes a personal ethical system special is that it is uniquely derived from an individual's experiences and beliefs. Although an individual's ethical system may share overlapping material from more formal systems, it also includes personal insights, one's sense of consciousness, and even feelings of guilt. Personal ethical systems may be influenced by factors such as culture, religion, philosophy, or simply everyday experiences. Although some personal ethical systems are certainly more developed than others, there really isn't a correct answer or opinion in the development of these individual systems; rather just different stages in development.

As children we are not born into the world with a set of beliefs nor are these beliefs ever static.….

Personal and Professional Skills for Strategic Goals
Personal and Professional Skills for Achieving Strategic Goals

In order to achieve strategic goals in life, there are many personal and professional skills that are needed. Some of these skills blend and can be used in either scenario (i.e. personal or professional), while other skills are more specific to one scenario or the other and do not "spread" to the other scenario very easily. Additionally, not everyone looks at their goals and the forming of strategy for those goals in the same way, so what one person sees as being valuable in order to meet strategic goals might be completely different from what another person sees as being valuable for his or her strategic goals. When considered carefully, there are only so many strategies available and the best thing to do is to locate the one that works for the person and his or her….

Personal Education Platform the Internship
The key components of a successful internship experience include the following: that you learn necessary skills to help your future career, that you meet people who will be able to help you both in the present and in your future career, that you gain experience which you can use later on in life, and that you have the ability and opportunity to ask whatever questions are necessary to help you understand the job, the environment, and your role within the field. The only way to truly gain something from an internship is to feel that you are contributing by being there and also that you are learning from the experience. If you only show up and do the assigned tasks without really investing yourself then it will be unlikely others will invest in you and you will leave the internship without having learned very much.

PESONAL & OGANIZATIONAL ETHICS
Personal and Organizational Ethics Values for, for-Profit and Non-Profit Organizations

Ethics is a requirement of the society to both individuals and organizations. Ethics are applied to business and personal behaviors, and are used to determine how companies and individuals abide to policies. To indicate the application of ethical principles in organizations, an analysis is carried out of For-Profit and Non-For-Profit organizations, in this case Bank of America and Boys Club of America. This is by analyzing an ethical dilemma they are experiencing, their approach to the problem, and the legal, political, and social outcomes emerging from this cause of action.

Part One

The Boys Clubs of America is a non-for-profit organization founded in 1860s in Harford, Connecticut Formed with the aim of giving boys who roamed the streets a positive alternative. The club has undergone major changes beginning in 191 when several boys' clubs affiliated to form the federated boys….

Personal Perspective on Changes That Occur Throughout Early, Middle, And Late Adulthood
One of the more interesting things about aging is just how differently people go about the process. In my experience, many people seem to grow older and change very little from their early to late adulthoods as a result, keeping the same interests, friends, spouse, home and job for years and years. For instance, I know one elderly widower, "Mark," who has conducted petroleum engineering seminars in several states nine months a year for more than 30 years. Besides some minor administrative work and continuing education, Mark has the rest of the year to himself and he participates in a number of leisure and recreational activities, some of which he takes seriously. For instance, Mark is still an accomplished ballroom dancer despite his somewhat advanced age (73 years), and he has played tournament bridge games in Las Vegas with….

Of course, the differences in countries and cultures are, in many ways, becoming less apparent as the world becomes more global. This globalization has challenged the existing social structures in many countries, including those countries with castes or caste-like socioeconomic divisions. Discussing India, Kapur stated that, "ancient social structures are collapsing under the weight of new money. Bonds of caste and religion and….

To write a 2-to-3 page paper on the challenges that leaders face in modern organizations, you want to start by thinking about the challenges.  A 2-to-3-page paper is the standard length for a five paragraph essay, and that model can easily be expanded to a six paragraph essay.  So, you are going to need the structure of an introduction, 3 or 4 body paragraphs, and a conclusion.  For the body paragraphs, we would suggest identifying a key challenge for each paragraph.

While there are many different, specific challenges that leaders can face, there are three broad categories of....

This prompt appears to be related to a graduate school admission essay and should, ideally, draw upon your personal experience.  It is difficult to advise you about what to write, because we simply do not have the information from you to answer those questions.  Are you going to be in the same field?  Are you entering the business world for the first time?  What has led you to choose this particular career?  Graduate school admission essays are a little different from college admission essays, because they are a little easier for admissions offices to fact-check.

Generally,....

While stress is a commonly used term, it is a poorly defined term that can refer to a wide scope of things, depending on the context.  Generally speaking, stress refers to the person’s response to some sort of aversive stimuli or stressor, though stress can also be used to refer to the stimuli that causes the stress.  The perception of stress appears to be related to whether a person finds a particular stimulus to be overwhelming. Therefore, a stress concept analysis can have different meanings and is personalized for each person experiencing a particular stressor.  Generally, we....
