Certainly, the U.S.
government will be in a position to consider such data as it attempts to
spend its way out of a financial hole. (Barton, 1)
Ultimately, transformative management is that which helps to see an
organization through a period of crisis and back to a place of positive
growth. The Obama Administration has promised this of itself, but at
present, only long-term financial indicators will tell the full story.
