I believe that your company and I can be of mutual benefit to each other. For myself, I feel that Audi has more self-development opportunities than any other company. Also, I love Audi's products and feel it would be a great honor to be able to work as part of the product management team. I feel that my years of experience and skills developed during my studies and professional experience will help the company move forward to achieve new goals every year.

3. What do you consider your main weaknesses?

My main weakness is probably a tendency to try to focus on too many things at the same time. Because of the demands of my job, my many responsibilities would at times become such that I tend to forget things that I do not write down immediately. To remedy this, I created a BlackBerry system, where I can simply enter relevant information on my handheld device as this information is presented to me. The program I created organizes the information automatically for me. The only thing to remember now is to check the information regularly.

4. What is a value that you possess that is important in the workplace?

I feel my best value is my interpersonal skills. I love communicating with others and ensuring that they understand exactly what I require. I also make sure that I play the role of effective listener when one of my team members needs something.

5. How has your education prepared you for this job?

My education involved a lot of practical projects to enhance my understanding of the theory. We worked both in an individual and team capacity. Hence, my interpersonal skills were greatly developed...

Also, I learned to contribute my skills in a team environment when this was needed, as well as to function as a leader when this was required.
6. Tell me about your prior work experience?

My experience at the hardware store helped me to become aware of the importance of product development in order to best serve the customer's existing needs and requirements, as well as potential needs and requirements in the future.

7. Think of a time when you had a conflict with another person, how did you handle the situation? What was the outcome?

We once had a conflict with a customer who claimed that we had sold an inferior product. The customer service agent who attempted to assist the person began to lose his patience, as the customer would not listen to anything he had to say. I took both the agent and the customer into my office, listened to both points-of-view, and asked the customer what we needed to do to satisfy his requirements. The customer indicated that a replacement product would be acceptable.

8. Where do you see yourself in your career 5 years from now?

In 5 years from now, I see myself in a directorship position, possibly managing multiple teams.

I will be able to contribute a vast amount of creative experience and skills, as well as the ability to promote a harmonious team environment.

10. What are your salary expectations?

I heard that the beginning salary for this job was in the range of $55,000 per year. I'm quite happy to negotiate a salary that you feel first my expertise and experience.
