¶ … Mobile Gym How many people do you think actually want to go to the gym, but feel too lazy due to their hectic schedules? Studies have shown that the assistance of an effective personal trainer can contribute a great deal to overcoming a sense of apathy toward exercise and this strategy has worked for millions of people (McClaran, 2003). However, the personal trainer still does not provide enough motivation for many people to make time in their busy lives to actually make it to the gym. However, how many people do you think would be able to focus more on their personal health if the gym and the trainer could come to them instead? Imagine, a trainer comes to your door and parked close by they have brought all the needed equipment needed for that day's work out -- you barely have to leave the house, let alone make it all the way to the gym. Can you imagine any exercise program being more convenient or easy to follow?

I have come up with a concept of mobile gym, a gym that comes to your home with an effective trainer that is ready to help you get the most out of your workouts. For example, the mobile gym would show up...

The trailer (or bus) will be a world class design, that represents the types of innovative solutions that can help people incorporate exercise into even the most demanding or time-strapped schedules. Figure 1 - Mobile Gym Concept (Isaac, 2014)
The layout of the mobile facility will be state of the art and include all of the latest in entertainment devices (such as LED LCDs, or 4000k TVs, with mobile satellite) so that clients can catch up with their favorite show or news programs while they are burning calories and increasing their health and well-being. There will also be the latest in body metrics collection devices such as scales, body fat calculators, heart rate and blood pressure monitors, etc. Clients and their trainers will be able to track their data with the most precise instruments available while following a customized plan that was customized based on the latest advancements of science in the field of sports medicine and related fields.
