The change champions will be selected by the clinical staff from among themselves. The staff are less likely to be resistant if one of their own is driving the change because they would feel that the project protects their best interests (Dang et al., 2021).

Time limitations

Competent project team and consultants

The project team will hire competent consultants who will deliver the highest quality of training within the time available. The consultants will be selected through a competitive process.

The project team will also adequately involve the staff in the planning and designing of the project to ensure that they agree with the implementation schedule

Competition from other projects taking place at the same time, which may prevent the staff from participating fully

Strong change champions

The change champions will receive training that will ensure they can provide oversight and leadership (Sipes, 2020).

Their role will include monitoring their team members’ progress in implementing the change and offering guidance to those who may be stuck.

The staff could use the computers and internet available in the organization to attend lessons in case they lack their own mobile devices and internet access
