Change management process
The contractor will be held responsible for any breakage, loss or damage caused to any item whatsoever, due to whatever reason.
In the event of loss or damage of any item, the contractor will be liable to pay the client the due amount of loss as compensation.
If work cannot be carried out on any given day due to unforeseen circumstances such as a public holiday or a natural disaster, work shall resume from the next closest day available to start work and will follow the same schedule and costs as stated above.
All labor wage rates are pre-determined and client will not make cost adjustments to any wage rate increases to the contractor after the signing of the contract.
The client shall make adjustments to freight costs in the event if the state increases the fuel costs after signing of the contract and in the middle of the scheduled duration. Likewise, if the government decreases the fuel prices, corresponding adjustments will be made to the freight costs.
Fuel costs adjustments will be made according to the new fuel prices announced by the government.
Engagement related expenses
All predetermined labour costs, packaging costs, freight costs and cleaning, organizing and arrangement costs will be handled by the client.
Unforeseen changes in fuel prices will be handled by the client.
The client is entitled to refund of extra freight costs, in the event if fuel prices decrease.
All other unforeseen changes in all other costs that occur after the signing of the contract will be handled by the contractor.
All costs pertaing to labor and rental overtime will be handled by the contractor.
All costs pertaining to loss and damage to items and relevant insurance costs are to be handled by the contractor.
Professional services agreement
Both the client and contractor are bound to abide by the terms and conditions of the contract.
At any point during the task, evidence of indulgence in any unethical business practice such as bribery, labor exploitation and harrassment etc. shall result in either the immediate cancellation of contract, financial penality, or legal proceeding, or all three punishments at the same time, depending on the intesinty of the offence committed.
