The next step is represented by determining what course of action the company will implement in Sudan. It is recommended that the company's strategy in addressing the Sudanese market is a flexible one. This is intended to help the company resolve the problems that are likely to emerge in an unpredictable market like Sudan.

However, there are several different approaches that can be implemented by the company. The selection must be made by the company's owners and shareholders in collaboration with the departments managers that collected and analyzed the information required for making the decision in case.

In the case of a defective communication system, a series of problems can affect the well-functioning of the company. When addressing a market characterized by a different cultural environment, communication becomes even more important. Therefore, it is recommended that the company develops a horizontal communication system that is able to communicate important aspects to decision factors.
