This can take the form of mentoring the new personnel at the center, or by retaining professional contacts with old teachers and employers who can provide helpful assistance and advice. The teachers and aides at the center can provide their own network of professional resources, by meeting frequently to discuss the students and various learning activities. Conferences with families and actively soliciting input from families with children at the school also ensures that mothers and fathers can act as mentors and guides to the teacher, as teachers guide students and family members through their adventures in learning.
