When a community is more diverse, this will have a positive long-term benefit for everyone. Where, certain ethnic groups or nationalities that have been having problems advancing economically / socially will have the ability to do so. This is because when a community is practicing such polices; those who may have trouble obtaining access to various kinds of services or benefits have greater upward mobility. Once this takes place, it means that the typical stereotypes of a particular racial group / nationality will not be used to hold someone back.
Clearly, diversity is a vital part of the community. Those that are more diverse will have the greatest economic / social opportunities for everyone. This is because the various resources and access to them is distributed equally. As a result, this will create greater economic / social opportunities. Where, everyone is able to receive access to the resources they need, to adapt to the various changes that will take place in the future.
