a) Employees are ignored in many companies in the contemporary society and this makes it difficult for these respective companies to address problems that threaten to destabilize them.
b) This study is meant to address the degree to which relationships between employees and their managers improve dealings within the company and encourage both groups to get actively involved in assisting each-other.
c) Developing and maintaining a good relationship with employees encourages them to be loyal
Interacting with managers on a regular basis influences employees to trust their management in general
A good relationship between managers and employees makes it possible for both groups to see the company's future with optimism

a) Numerous managers in the present fail to comprehend the importance of employees and mainly focus on customers (Nayar)

c) Being a good manager means appreciating employees and getting actively involved in their struggle to assist the company (Trevino & Nelson)

3. Theoretical Framework
a) By concentrating on having his or her subalterns consider that he or she is interested in their well-being, a manager is more likely to influence them to be loyal
b) Comparing employees who interact with the management with employees that rarely interact with their managers is likely to enable a researchers to observe whether or not the former feel that it would be perfectly normal for them to trust their supervisors
c) Successful companies are more probable to have a history of managers and employees having strong relationships
4. Methodology
a) The research technique I'm going to use involves analyzing a series of popular companies and observing how employee-management relations assisted these respective firms in their progress
b) Addressing employee-management interaction in smaller companies is also going to represent an important step in my research, as this provides a more intimate understanding of how this relationship functions
