Ethics Application Ethics inventory is a program that evaluates ones particular ethical style. Everyone has their own view of ethical behavior and expectations hence it is important everyone to realize for everyone to realize what that perspective is, hence this program asks various questions and evaluate the answers and eventually realize what type of ethical person one is. Most people base their ethical views on character, obligation, results or equity. People might have blended styles that place them in two categories at the same time (Collak, 2007). This paper will look at how educational experience has affected the way I think ethically. It will further look at how I use ethics in my way of thinking and every decision making process that I undertake. Finally the paper will highlight on the potential for conflict in situations where people have different interpretations of ethical behavior.

My belief is that ethics should mainly focus on how people can achieve excellence morally. If my attention is required on making judgment on whether particular individual's actions are ethical I overlook the action and my focus becomes the character of the individual. My assessments of the individual include integrity and uprightness. According to me someone who merely complies with rules even if their intentions are good does not mean that the individual is ethical unless it is accompanied by consistent striving to be a morally good person.
Ethics play a crucial role in the way I think and make decisions. This is because ethics are morals that I should constantly hold to even when am in situations where no one is looking or watching. In my critical thinking ethics influence the way I think on subjects depending on what I believe in.
