However, as time went by Cain became jealous over the kinds of crops that were produced by Able. This resulted in Cain murdering his brother one day while he was in the field. Yet, he faced more sin that influenced the actions of Cain negatively. After, being banished is when God would give Eve another child (to make up for the loss of Able). This created a situation where the humankind could talk directly to God and understand the best way to be living their lives. These issues are significant, in showing the challenges that God faced throughout the Bible (with the struggle of good vs. evil). This would lead to continuing efforts (by God) to reach out to everyone and his ability to be a positive influence on their lives. While at other times, they are showing the adverse impact that sin can have on the lives of humankind.
