The study applied questionnaires and schedules of interviews for primary data collection. The questionnaire in use was a structured one, with close-ended questions and open-ended ones. It is meant to elicit specific responses for both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Using both types of questions was a strategy to extract as much information as possible. The study audience intended was employees in the public sector. The audience was befitting because employees in the public sector come in contact with e-procurement frequently. The study was limited because the size of the sample should have been bigger so that the outcomes could be easily generalized. The study's significance cannot be overstated because e-invoicing has a great impact on the operations of the company. E-invoicing has become popular because it reduces the payment time, protects data more securely, and benefits the environment.
