Horizontal Violence The Victorian and Other Healthcare Facilities still have issues with horizontal violence in their work environments where many of these incidents occur, however, their facility feels, according to the Contemporary Nurse web site, that the main reason that there is so much animosity in the Victorian health center is because of the constant aggression that these nurses receive from dementia patients which causes some of these nurses to be more anxious, uptight, restless, and more likely to say something to offend other nursing staff especially the younger, less experienced, new graduates that have just joined the healthcare team. The Victorian chairman addressed in a letter he had wrote to the Minister for Health to politely ask him to think about his opinion on the report that the Victorian's Taskforce hostile working environment even though he shares his own beliefs and facts, noted in the "Victorian Taskforce on Violence in Nursing," about healthcare providers are consistently being exposed to bullying and violence in the workplace environment.

Furthermore, the participation and assistance of the individuals on the taskforce within Australian and intercontinental studies do reveal that since the nurses are the ones who out on the floor caring for patients, meeting visitors and relatives, and learning about each of the personal situations they also become high risk at being mistreated, violated, along with unexpected and frequent hostile tendencies from some of the patients and visitors when they blame the nurse for the operations of a healthcare establishment or hospital. The current examination of hostility in this Australian healthcare workplace looks at both qualitative and quantitative, as well as, action research for this particular healthcare facility which varies in how this Institute investigates, collects, and analyzes the data, and in the healthcare industry, the Victorian facility needs to implement and maintain all three approaches. According to the expert on quantitative and qualitative research, James Neill, with qualitative research that is found by Victorian financial, accounting, bookkeeping, and other office personnel who is required to figure company data in work related issues to resolve them effectively yet properly, it is targeted at developing a complete in-depth explanation of the current situation or problem. Furthermore, the research personnel may not know exactly which direction to go in when they start to investigate possible brutal mannerisms that are a continuous problem because there is no set time as to when these episodes occur, and staff may need to conduct more of this type of research by requesting interviews and questioning people with possible relevant or imperative information. As Neill states, we also recognized, the qualitative scheme begins to unravel as volunteering and other inside and hired company investigators begin to learn the facts from the surveys they have done and automatically execute a time to meet where these teams can discuss and share their findings and talking about the results of the comparisons each of the researchers explain while voicing their opinions and most highly recommended suggestions along with the reasons with the proof and statistics to back it up. On the other hand, it can take up a lot of a researcher's time, but at least using a set time frame time…
