This has over time proven to be a very useful problem solving tool in a team environment. As an independent insurance agent, I work as part of a large team. The need to get the perspective of others in such a team environment cannot be overstated.
It is also important to note that I possess superior time management and decision making skills. These critical skills have further been reinforced by a number of seminars I have attended on both time management and effective decision making. I would say that effective time management has enabled me to keep my agency focused on the most important objective: acquisition of new clients.
