Contracts: Offer and Acceptance
Client {Name}, known as "First Party," agrees to lease the Non-Linear Pro-system from Company x {Name}, known as "Second Party" on {date}.
The Non-Linear Pro-system claims to require irregular upgrading and that it is easy to learn. Marketers guarantee retention of the system in maximum a day and a half.
This agreement is based on the following provisions:
Company x will bring their people in and train everyone who needs to be trained.
Familiarity of the system will be gained in maximum a day and a half.

Furthermore, the Second Party agrees:
to put a Non-Linear Pro-in one of the edit rooms of First Party on a trial basis for a month with the trial costing solely the cost of leasing the equipment and the First Party agrees:
to rent the equipment at his own cost, to protect the Non-Linear Pro-system and to return it at the stipulated date and time.

First party agrees to return the product in the packaging enclosed and in the original condition received. Any alteration in condition, aside from expected minimal signs of use, will necessitate that First party pay the full price of the product.
Second party also requires First party to use product no more than 24 hours a week. Product registers amount of use. If first party exceeds stipulated usage, second party will require first party to pay $10 for every additional hour that system was used.
First party too, is disallowed to arbitrarily lease product to others without soliciting permission from Second party. First party agrees to retain product within his supervision and vigilance throughout the period of trial. If any harm occurs to product that is not of First party's fault, First party is responsible for paying for replacement of product.
First Party may not make profit from product in any form or means. If second party discovers that such has been the case, First party may be summoned to law suit by second party or may be required to pay full price of product.
Second party is forbidden to place manipulation on first party to purchase product during trail period. Moreover, he may not charge first party for having used product during trial period once trial period passes and first party abstains from buying product. First party according to conditions is permitted to use product as per the conditions delineated in this contract and is not expected to advertise product for Second party as a result of his free usage..
