Leadership
Quiz 1-1
An 82 indicates moderate readiness for a leadership role. This is a good score, albeit a love of haggling is perhaps a strange measure. With the other 1s that I scored, those are fair in that they are things people in leadership positions should be able to deal with -- areas where I can improve my leadership skills.
With Quiz 1-2, a lot of those apply to me. I have held a formal leadership position, but I often taken the initiative to deal with things, even when I have not be granted formal permission to do so. I hope to never work in multilevel sales (aka pyramid scams) -- that cracked me up. There are definitely some gaps in my leadership experience -- there are moments when I take a back seat and let somebody else handle the leadership. For me, I take leadership positions every now and again, but usually when I feel that I have something specific to offer the role; other times I am comfortable letting others take the leadership role.
Quiz 2-1
On Quiz 2-1 I scored a 60, which indicates a high, desirable level of self-confidence. That's about right, I'm pretty good.
On Quiz 2-2, I scored 17 "fits me" and 3 "does not fit me." The oddball here was "readily shares financial information." Financial information is usually confidential, so a trustworthy person would not share financial information with others; the quiz has this backwards so I really scored 18, which seems like a genuinely high score for trustworthiness.

9
With Quiz 2-3, I scored a 9. This correlates with being moderately resilient, which sounds about right. I do not always handle losing well -- consider how I respond when I don't agree with the quiz about something -- but for the most part I bounce back from setbacks, and I always have belief in my own abilities. If I failed at everything for 80 years, I'd still think I was going to kick butt in year 81.
