What are my objectives that I want to accomplish? Getting well educated and obtain the right certifications to increase my knowledge, skills, and competency level in the field of healthcare.

Creating a change team by assembling staff members with credibility, expertise, motivation, and authority to drive success (Malloch & O'Grady, 2015).

Engaging in the definition of the opportunity for investment

Setting out objectives for the desired outcomes.

Designing an intervention strategy.

Developing a plan to test the effectiveness of the intervention strategy.

Developing an implementation plan.

Development of a plan for sustained continuous improvement.

Developing a communication plan.

Generation of a written action plan.

5. What is my definition of success?

Realizing achievements in mitigation of the needs of patients with the intention of improving lives of individuals and ensure their health does not deteriorate.

PART II: Developmental Needs

1. Degree: How will my degree help develop me to achieve my career goals?

I will be able to support my goal of being promoted to higher levels of management with the new skills I have acquired. Knowledge and skills acquired give the confidence and reinforces essential attributes in assuming managerial roles at the epitome of my career (Wolper, 2010).

2. Volunteerism: What volunteer opportunities have I participated in that have helped develop me as a professional? What can I seek out in the future to help me?

I volunteer at the Veteran Service member home. At this home, some patients are in their final days. I try to cheer them to have a positive perspective of life and its essence in the short time they have left. Compassion, love, and care are some of the attributes I portray in sharing the goodness of life with the veterans, some of who do not have families that visit them.
