Conflict Management Of course, no organization's communication flow is perfect. But when conflicts arise, my organization has a policy to "get right to the point," and makes sure that conflicts do not seethe between employees for weeks on end.

When conflicts arise, management makes a great effort in defusing the situation in the most effective and efficient time. Working in an organization with great morals and values, conflict is easily defused. The employees have wonderful business relationships, and although conflicts do happen, they are easily and quickly resolved. Technology Technology is the lifeblood of this organization. The office intranet connects us with one another. The Internet connects us to medical students across the world.

Our faxes, telephones, modems, broadband connects keep us in constant touch with governments across the world. Technology enables us to inform medical students about test dates, procedures, and credential services on an up-to-date, even daily basis. Most of our organization's forms are available on our Website in downloadable for international user's ease and convenience. As we are interacting with so many different cultures on a daily basis, technology remains critically important as a way of ensuring the continued globalization of the organization's outlook.

The organization ensures that it has the latest software and programs packages to make the organization effective as possible. ECFMG, by nature of the organization's online design, ensures that its employees communicate frequently by e-mail. E-mail allows us to be constantly in touch.
