The variety of content that could be added within the pages is an extra value that makes it the right choice for speedy presentations.

It looks like one giant canvas in which small slides could be added to create a path over one another. One major disadvantage is that it could be hard to use when financial data or tables are to be added to the presentation (Graw, 2022). The business application of Prezi is hard to discern since financials cannot be seen clearly within the type of graphics and layout that the software offers.

Prezi could be best used when the presentation aims to scrutinize the topic deeper with the advantage of adding the text within easily. When the presentation needs to be made more visual with extra creativity, Prezi design could be the best option with the integration of horizontal or vertical images or video anywhere within.

The positive aspect of the presenter’s use of presentation software like Canva or Prezi is to make the presentation talk to the target audience themselves. Giving a presentation without their infusion would be like giving a speech, which would be boring for the listeners. They might lose focus of the speaker and would no longer be able to concentrate on the facts hardly after ten to fifteen minutes. Creative and striking images help the audience keep engaged and flow with the logical presentation of ideas that do not make the data demonstration monotonous. Even the bullet points and summary keep the audience hooked to the information in a theatrical manner that appears distinctive.

Presentation software put up flexibility, which indicates its ease of use and quickly changing the content while speaking to the audience.
