Group D. constructed a presentation regarding the American Red Cross, a significant organization in the United States of America and globally. The presentation begins with a summary of the history of the organization. Notable aspects of the history of the American Red Cross include that it was/is mostly constituted of volunteers and the organizations fundamental objective is to provide unilateral assistance for a great array of emergencies that require medical treatment and other forms of support. The primary mission of the American Red Cross, as provided within the presentation, is to add value to the community. Such an altruistic endeavor and organization has come to the aid of countless numbers of people since the late 19th century.
