Stepping Stone on the Path

¶ … stepping stone on the path to success. The skills and contacts I will acquire over the course of my MBA education will be instrumental in taking my career to new heights. I feel that an MBA represents a high level of personal and professional achievement, but one that supports a move even higher in the future. Yet not all MBAs are created equal. After careful research, I believe that an MBA from X University is the best fit for my needs.

In terms of personal achievement, I view an MBA from X as being one of the highest goals that I will have ever achieved. X is a difficult school in which to gain entry, and the MBA program is a challenging one to get through. I truly believe that the amount of intelligence, critical thinking, hard work and dedication that will be required for me to succeed in such a challenging program will bode well for my future endeavors in the business world.

Professionally, an MBA is an essential tool for anybody looking to excel in the business world. An MBA provides fundamental knowledge in a broad range of subjects in order that the graduate learns how to synthesize all types of information and draw connections between disparate bits of datum. This holistic approach to business forms the framework for strategic thinking. An MBA is differentiated by its emphasis on executive level strategic thinking. Functional skills are not ignored either, which means that when I graduate I will be prepared to move quickly up the corporate ladder.

In addition, the MBA provides one of the best opportunities to develop the contacts that will carry one through their professional lives. The MBA provides contact with quality future executives, so that we can all work to building each other's careers. Because of this, an MBA degree will provide me with all of the tools needed to excel, beyond just the acquisition of technical skills.

I believe that the MBA program at X University it the best fit for me. The program has an excellent reputation, so I know that I will receive an education that will set me on my career course. It is the people that drive the success of a program. The program at X is known to attract a high caliber of student from all types of backgrounds and industries. I firmly believe that the faculty at X are going to be among the best I have ever worked with.

In addition to the high quality of the MBA program at X, I feel that the school is the best for me because it represents an opportunity to grow into my role as a leader of tomorrow. I understand that by taking on a more challenging program I am putting the onus upon myself to be at my best. By doing so, I will become a better leader, and a fantastic contributor to the MBA program at X. I have high expectations of myself and of my school, and of all the programs I have looked at I feel that X's MBA is the one that will meet my high standards.
