This captures the role played by Hunters Safety Lab Company in meeting the requirements of safety. This paper starts with an introduction of the Safety issues and progress to give accurate measures that have been undertaken by the management of this company to reach out to the external markets out of Canada, the home country. Some of the issues that are handled in this case are related to the expansion of the market and the utilization of measures that revolve around market research. The market also needs to be studied with the view of estimating what the clients need so that appropriate strategies for satisfying them can be formulated. Strengths and Weaknesses of the Market Research

External Strengths

The market research was done on the understanding that people have to be made aware of the things that bring them to a focal point that meets the basics of market understanding. The aim of any such method of management is to highlight the needs of the market and seek suitable solutions can be attained. The use of the current forms of business strategies spanning the undertaking of work that revolves around the use of models that respects the importance of law and order served this purpose well. This external strength provided the business with the opportunity to handle all that was needed in business. It gave the company the opportunity to handle the best of what was to come out of the market. On many occasions, it has been noted that whenever people need to benefit from any business deal, it is important to consider market abilities and dealing with the element of completion. This is an external issue of the business and can best be addressed through external mechanisms. This will require the managers' understanding of the market. The external market that Hunters Lab had to face was best for it. It gave it the ability to deal with the market issues with ease. It is possible to determine the time schedules that will be used and needed for any program and ensuring that there is a case of beneficial belief and a systematic planning program. In this case, it will be possible to come up with any case of believe systems that will benefit the entire populations a great deal. The case of managerial concerns relating to the accuracy of planning was possible in this case. It was also possible to deal with any rather believe system that revolves around the acknowledgment of deals that border on matters of concern.

A second strength has been witnessed in the manner in which the study has been structured to meet the basics of business management. Some of the measures handled in this case are to do with strengthening the work that is at hand. The fact that the study revolves around a case of market expansion backed by a prior market research makes it successful. The main issue that is targeted is that of the many instances of success fronts occasioned by the presence of builder efforts towards the life of a company (Hayes, 2012). A management that can analyze its market before formulating a policy of action gets to reap the benefits of high profits and get to achieve the necessary goals of building a good brand and executing a sustainable business campaign. The process of the managers handling the work with constructive efforts can be considered as a form of strength. For instance, with an improved business strategy from every quarter, it was possible to arrive at a state where all the relevant stakeholders were considered.
