All members of the organization are responsible for communicating, with the most obviously communicative job being that of the dispatcher. Dispatchers are practically defined by their ability to use the dispatch system to communicate between patients/clients and the medics. For this communication class to be effective it is however going to need to use these forms of one-way communication to support collaboration and more interactive discussion. The design goals of Web 2.0 technologies (O'eilly, 36) shown in Figure 1 of the Appendix are beginning to be adopted throughout many social networking and online teaching tools (Greener, 178). Communication within the context of management, my advice would rely primarily on teamwork. By relying solely on his secretary to conduct his communication, the student is not developing the necessary skills to become a successful manager.
