Strategy for disseminating results of project to key stakeholders
The main strategy to be employed in disseminating results of the project to the key stakeholders will be formal reports. Formal reports ought to be a fundamental component of strategies employed by evaluators as well as program managers for communicating and sharing findings (Diane McNally Forsyth, 2010).
One of the ways that the project can employ this strategy is, by making available a yearly evaluation report in addition to providing an in-depth summary report of a longer period, say 3 or 4 years. Reading the annual report is one of the ways through which the key stakeholders such as the management personnel and the investors gain insights or become capable of learning from the experience of the program. Formal reports notify and appraise the practice of extensive policy advancement (Diane McNally Forsyth, 2010).
