¶ … boundary between a manager and employee has always been for the reason of the productivity. Because in the past that at least some companies viewed their employees as part of a big family, and in that every employee was considered as an important vehicle of improving organizational productivity and suggest ways to create a collegial environment.

However, the present circumstances in my company are different: first, the boss does not respond to my e-mail and, then, he seems to steal the ideas from my e-mail in a hope of taking the full credit for the suggestions. Dealing with this kind of boss should be taken seriously, because a confrontational attitude with the boss is unlikely to alleviate the situation.

Posting the e-mail suggestions on the company board, without first trying to resolve the issue informally with the boss, will probably be worse, because it would create an impression of "bad-feelings" with the boss that will directly affect my productivity in the company. Therefore, my safe bet would be to work with the boss, where I am in the charge of running my own programs and then take adequate credit for the successful implementation of these programs with my boss. If, however, my boss refuses to provide me the opportunities to head any of the productivity improvement programs, does not concede the fact that he stole my ideas of.
