Timeline and Evaluations Time dictates the things we do as humans and as educators as well. To successfully evolve and unfold in to our greater purpose we need to measure our growth for context and knowledge. It is the essence of teamwork for individuals, working with their individual gifts and talents, to come together to share and cooperate in order to make the school environment and school a better place to exist within. Timelines can be effective tools in organizing within learning environments.

Timelines are material visions of ideas that are described to guide and help those using these tools on their path to success. Timelines should be explicit and, when accompanied with a responsibility chart, can provide school faculties with useable data and information that reveals how the plan should in fact work out. In the specific example used in this continuation exercise, the See All Academy, as discussed in previous modules is intent on delivering a pair of programs to help instill reflective learning.

The GROWTH program, partnered with the PTA activities, are the main arteries of this approach and apply their strengths to the needs of the entire program. Assigning responsibilities to key players within and without the organization, and synthesizing these notes with a well prepared timeline, can prove to be very advantageous to the program, faculty and especially the students and their families.

The combination of the GROWTH program with the PTA's activities synthesizes the energies and efforts of all involved with school, creating an environment resonating with cooperation, purpose and consideration for others. The impact of this program fusion should be deeply felt by all key players because of the new lines of communication that will have been created, forcing compromise and discussion. Leadership's responsibility cannot be underestimated in terms of importance and direction.

The school's principal should be the center focus of all things related to this program as the direction needed must come from that office. Teachers, parents, students and school board administrators also need to be dedicated to the effort and support leadership when necessary but also challenge it to represent that segments own unique needs and tasks. Ultimately, the entire community can benefit when its school system becomes a true social event where all involved see the residual benefits of having a well -- educated populace.

Perfection should not be expected, but with the assistance of the responsibilities chart and timeline a more explicit understanding of what needs to be done can be communicated in writing and allows for further study and review.
