I feel that there is a very well explained and helpful plan with resolutions that can help John and Mary Farmer with their accounting skills, business, sales, operations, production, data, strategizing, comparing annual rates and percentages, and other mathematical and textual input. These techniques and the ideas of the Fishers will help the revenues of their business for the simple fact that there is a plan of action that is recognized, the couple must do something with their age, and knowing they only have several more years to work before it would be time to retire needs to be taken seriously and they are fully aware of their current status and concerns with their current structure. Furthermore, by setting up some kind of methods that will help the business continue to operate in their family member's future. John has his heart set on scrutinizing the rate of the diverse rental provisions among the arable farms, and he desires to blend supplies from the separate farms because they are accustomed for sell with on farm services since separation is not a necessity. Right now there is an acceptable amount of control, boundaries, and managerial decision making being considered, the farms can be analyzed and the son can be trained fully to help carry out. There are some issues with the way things are handled between the like commodities from all farms are being mixed and sold together since they have been like that in the economy with attracting customers that need or desire a multitude of types of goods, and the family prefers to keep it that way instead of separating some farms from having only a certain product while another have only another kind where there is not any merges between their different farms' locations. Combinations of services and products can increase sales, produce within that area, build new customers that will increase revenues and possibly interest additional products and customers. Yet, there must be different allocations and allocation criteria based on the individual business or farm and what they are doing within that precise business.
