People from different cultural backgrounds have different communications styles such as different ways of addressing authority, different ways of tolerating or dealing with conflict, and different ways of nonverbal and verbal expression. The entire staff must become sensitive to different communications styles. Similarly, sensitivity to gender diversity is also essential.
