Considering this, when evaluating programs such as ead 180 one must remember it is important not to consider change from an "outsider looking in" standpoint, but rather enmesh themselves in the change process to decide what factors lead to successful change, and which do not. If members of the community, or administrative bodies, look at programs that would manage change from the "periphery" as the previous researchers suggest, then one can only assume that change will not succeed, but rather is destined for failure. One must instead look at change as a member of the change unit, as a member of the "family" as described by the theorists and conceptual researchers promoting the idea of change as something that can occur in an environment that fosters a familial approach to change and successful change management.

An abundance of resources and tools online is available to help aspiring educational leaders like me to understand the roles and responsibilities of administration and leadership. Starting with a question most readers will take for granted, the author encourages a deep reflection on the nature, function, and purpose of schools. This reading also encourages an open-minded and cross-cultural understanding of how schools serve differential purposes depending on context. Schools have changed over time, and are different in each country. Educators need to contemplate their philosophies so that they can better understand the mission, vision, and guiding purpose of their own institutions. Responding to the needs of a failing school is one of the most pressing challenges education leaders face. A Jewish student, who attends Hebrew School classes in the evenings, shared information about the Hebrew alphabet and history about the Hebrew language with the class as part of a student-directed learning session. Persons of color are disproportionately represented in the low strata of the SE ladder. Amongst the poor persons of color have higher percentages and are more likely to exist in extreme poverty. Then SES becomes a limiting factor because person whose household income is low will live in government housing and may be on some government support program.
