Educational Leadership Leaders In The Research Proposal

Educational Leadership

Leaders in the field of education have the power to transform lives. They are mentors, guides, and public servants. I seek to be one of the transformative figures in my community by designing educational programs for professionals. My specific area of training expertise is in the global energy trade. In fact, I developed my passion for adult education while working for Saudi Aramco Company, in their Industrial Training Department. With an ultimate vision of working within the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia, I am currently seeking my Doctorate in Higher Education.

As an educational leader and director I will manage programs that help professionals achieve the highest standards of excellence in their field. I will therefore help organizations reach their goals, whether in the private or public sector. Ultimately I will be able to perform consulting work in numerous private, non-profit, and government sectors to expand my range of expertise and offer the best guidance I possibly can to my clients.

Having worked as a translator as well as a professional training director, I have developed solid communications and leadership skills that can easily be imparted to my clients. I also have proven experience in developing and implementing training programs for professionals. What I need now is a leap forward, to hone my ability to design optimal training programs that meet the needs of both individuals and organizations. The higher education doctoral program at the University of Massachusetts offers
