In response to United States Congress’s Marine Mammal Protection Act and the joint decision of US with other countries to save dolphins, fishermen switched to catching tuna in the Western Parts of the Pacific where no association existed between tuna and dolphin. Outside the Easten Pacific, dolphins and tuna do not swim together therefore purse seine fishing is not effective. Contrary to common belief, purse seine fishing is not the only harm to dolphins. Other fishing techniques might also prove harmful for dolphins but no one is aware of that and the dolphin-safe label is not that effective and does not portray the true picture. Mexico argues that its method of purse seine fishing is far safer for dolphins than alternative methods such as Fish Aggregating Devices which are used outside the Eastern Pacific and lead to much more by-catch.

This project consists of a literature review chapter only concerning Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory, kinesthetic and/or embodied learning methods and their application to adult learning situations. Particular emphasis is placed on examining how environmental stimuli affect mind-body learning opportunities and what educators can do to facilitate the learning experience by identifying student learning preferences.

Although depression is a mental problem, its causes vary as presented in this scenario. This study has succinctly shown how and individual with some oral health problem can be drawn into a serious depression problem. Evidently, oral health problem contributes to quality of life, general health, and self-esteem. Although it might have a minimal priority in the context of depression, the impact of mental health and treatment of oral health need to be addressed.

(the three CORE courses I chose are BSHS-391:Lifelong Learning and Professional Development, BSHS-421:Cultural Diversity and Special Populations, and BSHS-321:Communication Skills for the Human Service Professional. The one GENERAL course I chose are HCS-335:Health Care Ethics and Social Responsibility. PART 3 - ANALYZE: 1.Analyze the effect of completing the bachelor's program on your current and future professional goals. 2.Now that you have completed your program, how do you feel about the role of lifelong learning and its importance to your personal growth and development? 3.What are your personal, professional, and educational goals for the next 5 years? (I would like to work with the elderly). Below questions should focus on the elderly population: 4. What programs will you attend? 5. What skills or competencies will you develop? 6. What professional organizations have you joined or will you join? 7. What conferences or workshops will you attend? 8. What additional degrees might you pursue?

This is a three page paper analyzing a book of choice, and that book was not mentioned but was selected with optimal goals of efficiency and wellness. The book is The Spirit Catches You and You Fall down, and is a great book used widely in health care settings and all other settings in which the book's principles may be applicable to the betterment of humanity and daily life for all people.
