Introduction
This paper is mainly a narrative report of the model whereby we evaluate and contrast the evaluation instruction and also review the principals’ function in endorsing efficient schooling by concentrating on two elements: leadership practice and student success.

Both of these elements hold a number of essential components that frequently appear as independent factors in other evaluation models. For instance, whilst some techniques leave out stakeholder suggestions, one can perceive it as being proof of leadership practice. Similarly, the learner outcomes component includes numerous measures as well (New Leaders, 2012).

Whilst there's substantial debate concerning the “right” weights for the two elements (and modest research-centered proof to aid a specific group of weights), one can assume that outcomes and practice are equally essential and that success ought to be according to advancement and efficiency in the two fields. Visionary Leadership is a theoretical model in which the quality and impact of an organizational leaders is largely driven by the stylistic distinctions, personality and strategic orientation of a specific leader. Such is to say that what distinguishes visionary leadership from other models is that the effective leader will have a direct role in defining the surrounding organizational culture, values and approach. This contrasts leadership in which one is expected to assimilate company culture and values into a compatible leadership style. The primary concept, then, of visionary leadership, is the channeling of one's independent perspective and objectives into a company-wide strategy. Additionally, this should mean that personnel at every level of the company feel some sense of independence and encouragement to innovate.

The consequence of participative leadership can also be successful decisions suggested by specialists in the particular field. In this type of business management, the supervisor does not only engage team members, but can also take leadership from his peers (ampur, 2010).
One of the most appropriate participative leadership examples can be when a supervisor segregates project work in his team associates including himself converses the project necessities and prospects with the team manager and other associates, and then they work on it together. Leadership is paramount in the more globalized economic structure. Companies are now expanding into emerging markets at a very rapid pace. Competition from markets including China, India, and Brazil, now create a more competitive dynamic in regards to labor. Companies need leaders who can flourish irrespective of their geographic locations. Leaders now must also be cognizant of cultural values as they attempt to inspire and motivate their personnel. An awareness of individual leadership strength and weaknesses is therefore needed to navigate a constantly changing and dynamic environment. A self inventory of corresponding strengths and weaknesses will allow the future leader to be better prepared for many of the more complex aspects of leadership (Spillane, 2004).

Leadership: The LMX Theory
The LMX theory has undergone a number of refinements since its inception approximately four decades ago. Initially, the theory, under the name 'the vertical dyad linkage' (VDL) theory, focused on the inherent dissimilarities between out-group members and in-group members in terms of leadership relationships. Presently, however, the theory places more emphasis on the strength and quality of these leader-subordinate exchanges and their relationship to organizational success. Based on this background, this text highlights the LMX theory from a historical to the present perspective, and outlines how current developments in LMX theory research, particularly the concept of organizational communication, could be incorporated into leadership practice to generate more effective leadership relationships.

Leadership is a process that helps in directing and mobilizing people. It has for the past 100 years been a subject of many studies. These studies have come up with theories of the nature and exercise of leadership. Some of these theories include trait theories of leadership, theories of emergent leadership, leadership style theories, psychodynamic theories, and the path goal theories among others. The second section of this paper focuses on evaluation of behavior of selected leaders. Leaders of different organizations exhibit specific behaviors that are in line with models and theories of leadership. Their behaviors can guide the behavior of individual followers, groups, or even teams. The analysis section touches on how leaders perceive their roles and what makes them develop as leaders. The summary wraps up all that the paper is about and what I have learnt.

Leadership
My organization is Miami-Dade Transit, for which I am a bus operator. The Transit system is an independent operating entity within the government of Miami-Dade County. Leadership of this company is typically appointed, and this was the case of the current Director, Ysela Llort. She was posted to the position at Transit in February 2012, after a career spanning many different units within the county, including Public Works, Aviation and Seaport, as well as an earlier role at Transit. Her background is diverse enough that she not only can effectively manage the transit system for one of the most highly-populated counties in the country but also that she can perform a role as liaison with the county, the government entity that funds and provides oversight for the Transit division.
