As to the target group, it's really targeted to anyone that wants to look like the rich and famous movie star and thinks there is a magic pill. It appears to be marketed towards young to middle-aged women that want to be young again without the work of dieting, thus the name "MIRACLE DIET." The websites promoting the diet seem to picture thin young beautiful women in their advertising.

Unfortunately, you will need to spend more money on another diet program when you discover you haven't lost the weight you thought you would.
WOULD YOU USE THIS DIET WHY / WHY NOT wouldn't use this diet program on its own merits to lose weight. I would consider using it as a tool in a "real" weight-loss progam. Combined with calorie reduction and an exercise program, I think it could be helpful.
